“Creation of the Self” hopes to raise virtual identity questions through a
live stream interactive performance, using video-gaming character creation programs as a means to explore concepts of self-creation in the digital age. Given the liberty to manipulate the avatar appearance, the artist will encourage audience participation in the hopes of creating a discussion about the human body and its visual representations.
