Butoh is a dance, filosophy and method created in Japan by Tatsumi Hijikata and Kazuo Ohno. It is born from within and connects the individual essence with nature, the universe, and the cycles of life and death. This workshop will work on the elements of metamorphosis, presence, readiness, contrast, dance through images and tension between opposites. Yael Karavan has a 20 years experience and worked with masters like Kazuo Ohno and Motofuji San, among others.
